Ballyvaughan has taken home second prize at the dot IE Digital Town Awards.
The North Clare village was runner up in the Digital Tourism category at the event, which scooped them a total of €5,000.

Their campaign of ‘linking the physical and digital worlds via interactive signage’ recognised efforts to develop otdoor recreation tourism infrastructure to link walking and cycling trails to the digital world.
Piltown in County Kilkenny was announced as the overall winner at the awards, taking home €10,000 in the process.
