Shannon Group, Others, To Appear Before Oireachtas Transport Committee

Shannon group will tell a Dáil committee later that it’s expecting a 60 per cent drop in revenue this year.

The Group will appear before the Oireachtas Transport Committee, which is holding a hearing to focus on issues that have arisen as a result of COVID-19.

The daa will tell the Committee that Dublin and Cork airports have accumulated losses of 150 million euro, while Ryanair will claim that the government’s inflicting the ‘single biggest act of self-harm to the Irish economy since the 1930s’.
