Shannon Chamber President Says ‘Opportunity’ For Possible Lufthansa Redundancies To Remain In Region

The President of Shannon Chamber insists there will be ‘lots of opportunity’ for those at risk of redundancy in Lufthansa Technik to remain in the region.

It follows the suggestion that around 180 roles are at risk in the organisation following its merger with Atlantic Aviation Group, which is to take effect from March 2022 subject to CCPC approval.

The consultation process around the proposed redundancies will commence over the coming weeks.
