New Shannon Group Chair Aiming To Restore Pre-Pandemic Traffic At Airport By 2024

The new Chair of Shannon Group says he’s aiming to restore traffic at Shannon Airport to pre-pandemic levels within three years.

Pádraig Ó Céidigh is expected to be formally confirmed Chairperson of the Group following his appearance before the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Transport and Communications.

The founder of Aer Arann Express and Aer Lingus Regional, who previously served as a Senator, fills a role that had been left vacant for over a year.
