Minister Expresses Concern Over Ryanair Threat To Pull Out Of Shannon

The Minister with responsibility for international travel has expressed concern at Ryanair’s threat to temporarily close its base at Shannon Airport from next month.

The airline has called for a substantial change of the government’s aviation policy – including Ireland’s current 14 day quarantine rules.

The development has led to yet more calls from Shannon Airport Management for the urgent implementation of the Aviation Task Force recommendations, including from Shannon Group.
