Workers at Shannon Lufthansa Technik have voted to accept Workplace Relations Commission proposals on redundancies and retention terms.
It follows nearly three months of negotiating between SIPTU, the company and the WRC after Lufthansa Technik announced a merger with Atlantic Aviation Group back in October.
That arrangement will take effect from the end of March next year, with 180 people now receiving redundancy packages from the aircraft maintenance firm.
