Aer Lingus’ Shannon – Heathrow Service Resumes

The CEO of Shannon Chamber has expressed hope that the resumption of Aer Lingus’ Shannon to London Heathrow route will remain a permanent fixture.

The service is recommencing today, for ten weeks, while works on Cork Airport’s runway are ongoing, with the route departing Shannon at 5pm seven days a week until mid-November.

Shannon Chamber has described the route as an essential connectivity hub for the tourism and business sectors.
