The average price of a house in Clare has fallen by €11,000 in the last year.
Myhome.ie’s final quarterly report for 2023 has revealed that the most common asking price for a property here is now €239,000.

However there have been some significant fluctuations in this county’s portfolio where between October and December, the average cost of a 4-bed semi-detached house rose by €20,500 to €265,000.
At the end of the year, there were just 250 properties for sale in Clare which is a decrease of 15% on the previous quarter.
