It comes as an arrest warrant has been issued for ousted president Viktor Yanukovych – as Ukraine begins to investigate the deaths of protesters in a week of carnage in Kiev. 

Yanukovych left the capital at the weekend – he's reportedly been spotted in the Crimea region.
