Businesses and members of the public in Clare are being urged not to supply waste such as pallets or furniture to those who do not hold a valid waste collection permit.
It comes as Clare County Council and Clare County Fire and rescue service are reminding people that Halloween bonfires are unsafe for both the public and the environment.

Clare’s Chief Fire Officer, Adrian Kelly is calling on attendies at bonfires to be respectful of the fire services should they be called to an incident.
He is also warning of the dangers of flammable Halloween costumes.
