There’s been another slight drop in the number of Clare people staying local.
CSO figures suggest 55.8 percent of people stayed within 10 kilometres of their home in the last week of March, though it was one of the lowest percentage drops in the country.

It’s a fall of more than three percent on the number of people staying local here back in February.
It’s expected the number of people staying within 10k of home now will continue to decrease after travel within one’s county was once again permitted from this week.
