The Annual Irish Christmas Tree Throwing Championship is back.

For the 5th year running, visitors to Tim Smyth Park in Ennis are being greeted by the sight of Christmas trees sailing through the air today.
Between 1 and 3 pm, competitors in the various catagories will line up to see who can toss their tree the furthest.
