Frankie Coote's call follows an incident last weekend in Carron which has left a dog severly injured.
The illegal practice involves getting a dog to drive a badger out of their setts – and can result in fatal injuries to all animals involve.
The ISPCA's Frankie Coote says the activity has to stop.
