Minister Brian Hayes toured Clare’s storm damaged coast last Friday, but didin’t go to Kilcredaun where families are still using a flooded bog road to travel to nearby towns and villages.

Clare County Council have put 150 tonnes of gravel along the route to help people access shops and work following it’s flooding four weeks ago, but Carrigaholt postmaster Pat Gavin is afraid that more distruction is on the way ahead of the next high tide.
