A decision by An Bord Pleanala is due later this year on the vetoing of a Crematorium in Ennis by Clare County Councillors.

The body has been asked by Fenloe properties to review the rejection of the proposals for a crematorium and graveyard at Ballaghfadda on the Kildysart Road near Clarecastle.
Public representatives had been asked to re-zone the site at their July gathering, however they voted against it.
An Bord Pleanala is expected to make their ruling known by December 22nd.
