Both sides in the war in Libya have been accused of war crimes in a new report by Amnesty International.
The Human rights watchdog says there are many damning examples of violations by Gadaffi’s regime – but there are also serious abuses committed by the new regime forces.

The document says Libya’s National Transitional Council must act to stop reprisal attacks and arbitrary arrests.
