The American wife of Limerick man Jason Corbett and her father are to go on trial for his murder.

31 year old Molly Martens and 65 year old Thomas Martens, have each been charged with second degree murder and voluntary manslaughter.
The 39 year old Limerick man died after an alleged dispute at his home in North Carolina last August.
Darrick Ignasiak is a reporter for the Dispatch newspaper in North Carolina.
He says it could be some time yet before the trial gets started.
