Creed Not Acting Quickly Enough On Beef Crisis – Dooley

Clare’s Fianna Fáil TD is accusing the Agriculture Minister of not acting quickly enough to address the ongoing beef sector crisis.

Protestors are continuing to demonstrate outside some meat processing plants across the country, as the debacle with the price their getting for their animals shows no sign of abating.

Meat Industry Ireland says more than a dozen sites have stopped operating since the pickets have began, leading to staff lay offs.
