Clare IFA Chair Calls For Flooding Solutions

The Clare Chair of the IFA is pressing the importance of both long and short term solutions to the county’s flooding issues.

It comes ahead of a meeting on Monday, in which the Clare branch of the IFA is holding a climate change debate, with severe flooding continuing to cause concern in some parts.

The association is warning that these issues are putting a severe strain on farmers finances and their well-being.
