Clare farmers are being urged to attend a free health check at Ennis Mart today.
The Irish Farmers Journal initiative will see nurses from Croí checking blood pressure, providing exercise and lifestyle advice and personal record charts to all who attend.
It will run at the mart building between 5 and 7 o’clock this evening, while mart demos will held until 9pm.
