Clare-Based ICSA Chair Wants Extra Garda Resources In Place To Deal With Trespassers

The Clare-based General Secretary of the ICSA wants extra Garda resources put in place to assist farmers with people trespassing on their land.

It’s after this week’s Joint Policing Committee meeting heard farmers in North Clare are being “terrorised” on their land by people hunting for rabbits and foxes.

A senior Garda is understood to have been assigned to the issue, which is believed to be occurring predominantly in Liscannor.
