It’s claimed government formation and with it an aggressive housing policy is needed to address Clare’s housing inflation.
According to the latest quarterly report from myhome.ie, the median price of a home here has jumped by 19% to €285,000, which is the fourth highest hike of any county nationwide.

In the last three months meanwhile, the number of homes available for sale in this county dropped by 11% to 256.
Managing Director Joanne Geary has been telling Clare FM’s Daragh Dolan that the problem is not being treated with the urgency it deserves.
