Aer Lingus Regional has announced that its to restore flights from Shannon to Edinburgh from March.

The new service, which will be operated by Stobart Air, will see six flights weekly, operating year-round from March 28th between Shannon and the Scottish capital.
It'll generate an extra 35,000 seats for the mid-west airport.
In a Statement, The Chief Commercial Officer of Stobart Air, Martin Saxton says the route is a direct response to the strong demand amongst business people and holiday makers in the West of Ireland.
