Over eleven per cent of management and admin staff at Ennis General Hospital were absent on a typical day in June of this year.
Newly-published HSE figures show the hospital had one of the ten highest rates of absenteeism, in the health service last month.

Clerical workers were most likely to be absent from work there, but an average of over 5% of nurses, Health and Social Care Professionals, Client Care and General Support Staff were also reported as absent.
There are 206 Whole-Time Equivalent workers at Ennis General, down from 217 at the start of this year.
