Abortion laws, at the centre of a dispute between Fine Gael and the Independent Alliance, are expected to come up at Cabinet this morning.

A Bill calling for a referendum on the 8th Amendment is due to be debated in the Dail last night.
The Taoiseach believes supporting any vote on abortion would be a contradiction of the Programme for Government, but the Independent Alliance wants a free-vote on the issue.
Housing Minister Simon Coveney, hit out at those he believed are playing politics with the issue.
