House prices in Clare have risen by 9%.

New figures from Daft.ie show the average asking price for a house in the county was 151,000 euro between April and June, a 9% rise on the same period last year.
This compares to 14% rise in Galway and a 15.2% rise in Limerick city, while in Dublin the rate of inflation has remained relatively stable.
Daft Economist Ronan Lyons says people are now looking outside the bigger centres for cheaper places to buy.
