It has been claimed that “confidence is building” within the Clare job market.
A new survey by FRS Recruitment reveals 80% of people of Clare people feel if they left their current job, they could get a new one within three months.

The findings indicate fluidity in the county’s job market, with more than six out of 10 people saying they would would move jobs for a salary increase of 25% or less.
General Manager at FRS Recruitment Lynne McCormack has observed that increased worker confidence is leading to greater movement within the job market.
