Gardaí are appealing for information after a 77 year old woman was shot in Dublin last night
A lone gunman fired several shots at the house on Oliver Plunkett Avenue in Monkstown shortly after 11pm – one of which hit her in the leg.

The shooter was a man, dressed in dark clothes and between 5ft 7 and 5ft 10 in height.
He left the cul de sac on foot but Gardaí have no idea how he got to or away from the area.
