The region’s main hospital remains the busiest in the country once again.
The latest INMO figures show there were 74 patients waiting for beds at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 37 of those on trolleys in the emergency Department.

The overall figure is 35 more than the next busiest facility on a day when 440 patients were left waiting for beds at hospitals across the country.
