More Than 70 Clare Council Houses Left Vacant This Year

Over 70 council housing units were unoccupied in Clare throughout the first six months of the year.

New figures released to Aontú show that a total of 3,500 council homes were left vacant between January and June.

In the MidWest meanwhile, 228 local authority units were vacant in Limerick , with a further 112 unoccupied in Tipperary.
