633 new residential addresses have been registered in Clare so far this year.
GeoDirectory’s latest report shows there’s been a 7.5% reduction in housing activity here compared to the same period 12 months ago.

Clare’s residential vacancy rate was also recorded as above the national average coming in at 4.9% , with the dereliction rate at 5.1%.
