University Hospital Limerick is suffering from the highest level of overcrowding in the country once again today.

The latest trolleywatch statistics from the INMO shows 59 patients were waiting for beds there this morning, 35 of those on trolleys in the emergency department.

The overall figure is 15 more than the next busiest facility and comes on a day when 464 patients have been left waiting to be admitted at hospitals across the country.
