58 Clare Sporting Organisations To Receive 1.5 Million Euro In Capital Grants

The government is announcing 1.5 million euro in capital grants for 58 different sporting organisations throughout Clare.

The money is being allocated for works including the likes of dressing rooms, sporting equipment, indoor and outdoor equipment, machinery.

Projects receiving bigger allocations are located in Mullagh, Quilty, Clarecastle, Clondegad, Clonlara, Ennis, Inagh-Kilnamona, Kilmaley, Tubber and Shannon.

One of the clubs to benefit from the announcement is Clonlara GAA Club with an allocation of €54,000 toward the upgrading of facilities in the south east of the county.
