5 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Clare this evening with 525 new cases confirmed nationwide.
Over half of today’s cases, 214, were recorded in Dublin.

Clare’s incidence rate of 126.2 per 100,000 people is the eleventh lowest in the country.
The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been notified of 3 additional deaths related to COVID-19.
1 of these deaths occurred in March and 1 in January. One further death is under investigation.
