Clare County Council has given the green light for the construction of 51 new homes in Shannon.
The development, at Bothar na Luachra at Tullyvarraga will consist of a number of two, three and four-bed houses along with additional duplex units, as well as associated signage and works.

Its been granted planning permission subject to a number of conditions.
