ACI Worldwide, which already employs 100 people in the city, is opening a data centre in the national technology park.
The company offers electronic payment services for bank customers and has been operating locally for 10 years.
Today's jobs are the latest in a long line of new roles – 700 workers have been hired in Limerick in the past month.
