49 vacant social homes in Clare were brought back into use last year.
A new report from the Department of Housing shows that 705 homes owned by the local authority have been re-let under the Voids Programme in the last ten years.

Since 2014, over €13.7m has been spent on restoring council homes in Clare as part of the scheme.
