Almost 400 people are waiting on hospital trolleys around the country this morning.

The latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show Cork University Hospital is suffering from the highest level of overcrowding – with 37 people recorded as being in need of a bed there.
The situation isn't as bad at the region's main hospital, where 31 people are waiting for beds, 20 of those in the emergency department.
