3,500 Supporters To Be Permitted Into Clare’s Clash With Cork After U-Turn

3,500 supporters will be permitted in to the LIT Gaelic Grounds on Saturday for Clare’s All Ireland Senior hurling qualifier with Cork.

It’s after criticism from fans about the planned capacity of just 500 for the game, despite more than 4,000 being allowed to watch the Banner’s victory over Wexford last weekend.

Minister of State for Sport Jack Chambers has confirmed the move, with 4,400 allowed into Galway’s clash with Waterford.
