Figures released by the Department of the Environment also show that 27 staff are paid car allowances worth over 10,000 euro a year to use their own cars.
The figures, released to Labour TD Kevin Humphreys, show 29 staff at the state-owned utility are on salaries of over 100,000 euro a year.
Managing Director John Tierney also ran up costs of 10,000 euro on his company credit card last year.
The Government’s written to Mr Tierney for an explanation on what targets staff must meet in order to qualify for a bonus.
