28 people have been killed after a car bomb exploded in the Turkish capital Ankara yesterday evening.

The blast happened during rush hour near vehicles carrying military personnel.
Buses were targeted while waiting at traffic lights.
The Turkish President has condemned the bombing saying it exceeds all "moral and humane boundaries" – he also cancelled his trip to Brussels to attend today's summit on the refugee crisis.
