21 ‘Housing First’ tenancies are to come on stream in Clare in the next four years.
The Department of Housing has launched its implementation plan for the initiative until 2026, which will allow those with a history of rough sleeping and complex needs to access permanent accommodation.
The Midwest region has been allocated 52 housing tenancies by the Department out of more than 1,300 nationwide.
