20 people have been killed and dozens more injured in Syria’s besieged city of Homs.
It comes as a group of Arab League observers arrive in the country – as part of efforts to end months of violence.

An initial group of 50 observers is to land in Syria this evening to oversee a deal aimed at ending a bloody crackdown on anti-regime dissent, which has seen over 5,000 people killed in the country since protests against the Government erupted in March.
