Two children have died in separate farm accidents in Limerick and Laois.

Yesterday a 14 year old boy was killed after being electrocuted from a power hose at a farm in Kilmeady.
It happened at around 3.30- He was rushed to University Hospital Limerick but was pronounced dead a short time later.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified.
Separately a 9 year old girl injured on a farm in Laois earlier this week died at Temple Street Children’s Hospital last night.
