The number of Covid patients at the region’s main hospital has jumped by 19% in 24 hours.
The latest HSE figures show there were 67 patients with the virus at University Hospital Limerick this morning, the highest number of any hospital in the country.
It represents a rise of 11 on the same time the previous day.
