The rise in house prices in Clare in the past year is one of the highest in the country.

The latest figures from Daft.ie show the average house price is now €143,000, representing an 18% rise in 2015.
In Dublin prices rose by just under 3 per-cent however, while in Limerick City there was a 22 per cent rise and in Galway prices were up by 19 per cent.
Author of the Daft Report, Ronan Lyons, says supply still isn't meeting demand here.
