Around 1,500 extra people have signed up to the electoral register in Clare ahead of the upcoming referendum on the Eighth Amendment.
The deadline to have your name included was Tuesday last meaning anyone who has not registered now will not have a say on May 25th.

The total number of registered voters in Clare now stands at 81,337 though that figure is approximate.
