1,027 new cars have already been sold in Clare this year.
New figures from the Society of the Irish Motor Industry show that there has been a 13% increase in the number of vehicles purchased here over the past twelve months.

Of the units sold so far in this county, 84 are electric vehicles which is down 21% in the past year.
