More than 1,000 new cars were registered in Clare in the first three months of this year.
1,098 vehicles were newly documented in this county between January and March, which is nearly 2 and a half per cent of all new cars in the country.
Registrations to date are down by almost a quarter across the country compared to the same time in 2019.
