10 weeks of roadworks on one of the busiest roads in Ennis begin today.
A series of phased road closures will be in place on the Clare Road from Summerhill Junction to Captain Macs Cross, to allow for works on the town's watermains system.

The last works are scheduled to be finished on March 25th.
The Clare Road is one of the busiest routes into Ennis and John Gannon of Clare County Council says they have looked to minimise disrutpion to motorists, residents and businesses.
